15,000 customers a week register their High Speed Internet service with Verizon. Failure of UX can mean the loss of a customer. After evaluating business goals, web metrics and usability studies, fTi wrote and designed the HSI installation CD, quickstart guide, and Verizon's registration site, as well as customer account management at www.verizon.net.
